SB 773, relating to licensing requirements of the DFPS for certain facilities and homes providing child care, referred to committee 3/4/2009

SB 773, authored by Senator Lucio, amends the Texas Human Resources Code adding a definition of before and after school program for children in prekindergarten to sixth grade to the code governing licensing requirements and standards.

SB 773 has been referred to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.
