SB 572, relating to the provision of transportation safety training requirements for certain child-care providers, filed 1/28/2009

SB 572, authored by Senator Shapiro, amends the Texas Human Resources Code mandating annual training for child care providers about safety of children younger than nine years of age being transported while under the care of a facility responsible for the care of the child.
