HB 151, relating to a notification requirement if a nurse is not assigned to a public school campus, filed 11/10/2008

HB 151, authored by Representative Coleman, amends the Texas Education Code and establishes parental notification requirements and standards for public school facilities who are without full time school nursing services in excess of 30 consecutive education days.
