SB 183, relating to a school choice program for certain students with disabilities, filed 11/10/08

SB 183, authored by Senator Williams, amends the Texas Education Code and establishes the School Choice Program for Students with Disabilities establishing criteria for selecting schools, funding, assessment of student progress and qualification of participating schools.
