HB 540, relating to bullying as a ground for removing a..student from class and..for... a disciplinary alternative education program, filed 1/12/09

HB 540, authored by Representative Raymond amends the Texas Education Code by adding subsection (p) to Section 37.006 establishing the criteria for removal of a student to a Disciplinary Alternative Education Program for bullying incidents that occur on campus or at school sanctioned activities.
