HB 1001, relating to limits on the size of public school classes in prekindergarten, kindergarten, and grades one through four, filed 2/03/2009

HB 1001, authored by Representative Bolton, amends the Texas Education Code to expand the guidelines regarding limitations on class sizes to include prekindergarten programs. The bill also modifiues the exceptions to class size limitations for public school programs only.
