HB 1901, relating to transportation safety training requirements for certain child-care providers, referred to committee 3/5/2009

HB 1901, authored by Representative Branch, amends the Texas Human Resources Code mandating annual training for child care providers about safety of children younger than nine years of age being transported while under the care of a facility responsible for the care of the child.
