SB 81, relating to certain providers of subsidized child care, filed 11/10/08
SB 81, authored by Senator Nelson, amends the Texas Labor Code related to unregulated self arranged child care services and includes definitions, criteria for background investigations, reimbursements, and record keeping. In addition, SB 81 amends the Texas Government Code to authorize TDPS to maintain criminal history records of unregulated self arranged child care providers.
